First Coast Women's Services is a not-for-profit organization that provides free-of-charge lab- grade pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, options counseling and medical and community referrals. An unplanned pregnancy can create a lot of questions. First Coast Women's Services helps women understand their options in a safe and respectful environment.

Charis Eating Disorder Care provides residential and outpatient levels of treatment for women with eating disorders in a loving, supportive, safe environment. Totty's Totes are given to women on the day of check-in to residential treatment at the Charis House as a means to offer hope to women in the process of healing.

Callahan FAM is a Foster and Adoption Ministry of Callahan First Church. This ministry provides needed supplies to foster families. Totty's Totes are given to teen girls entering foster care as way to show love and encouragement during a transition to a different way of life.

The Nest is a not for profit organization dedicated to providing a range of services and support to women in need. The Nest, A Women's Center aims to help women find beauty from ashes, offering a safe and nurturing environment where they can access essential resources to improve their lives. They offer free and confidential services including pregnancy test, limited sonograms, counseling, parent education program, baby and maternity items and post abortion healing study.
